Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WynLara (“zhebly”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the zhebly platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use zhebly.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use zhebly.

2. The service

zhebly provides language-learning content, an AI tutor, transcription and text-to-speech features, a culture feed, and live classes. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. AI-generated content can be inaccurate — use your judgement and don’t rely on it as professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using zhebly.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security.
• Share your account, or resell or redistribute the service or its content.
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

• zhebly offers a free tier and two paid plans, Zhebly Pro and Zhebly Max, billed monthly through Stripe. Current pricing is shown in the app at checkout.
• New subscribers may receive a free trial (currently 7 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the selected fee is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Intellectual property

zhebly and its content (excluding third-party material and your own submissions) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own language learning. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service (for example, sending your input to AI providers to generate a response).

6. Live classes

Live classes are subject to availability and any per-plan booking limits. Please join on time and behave respectfully; we may remove participants who disrupt a session.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zhebly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using zhebly and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
