Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WynLara (“zhebly”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the zhebly language-learning platform. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service and to be clear about how it is used.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. AI processing

Content you submit to AI features is sent to our AI service providers so they can generate a response. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our providers do not use it to train theirs.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the trusted service providers that make zhebly work — for example, providers for hosting and storage, authentication, payment processing, AI features, live-class video, and transactional email. These providers act on our instructions and only process the data needed to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed; some records may be retained in de-identified or aggregated form (for example, anonymised usage totals) or where we must keep them to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account. For any other request, contact us at admin.wynlara@gmail.com.

8. Children

zhebly is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and respond to incidents.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
